- Client Care — designed and delivered call-quality training, with approximately 31 of 39 agents trained as of August 6, 2026, plus a developed self-paced SCORM pathway.
- Records management — built and launched enablement in approximately three months, using Teams distribution and a steward-led model.
- Receipts — results with scope: 254 employees trained in Phase I plumbing; records rollout reaching 2,500+ staff; 91% organization-wide mandatory-training compliance; approximately 30% pre/post knowledge improvement in redesigned general orientation. Participation, feedback and operational measures are distinct.
- Caddie — a workspace of persistent AI coworkers, with conversations, project work, files, decisions and evaluation. An earlier Caddie version launched to external users with early paid revenue (Caddie).
- Studio — interactive learning and animated video: The Conversation Lab, How a Decision Travels, The Shift, Northline software simulation, and Waste Management.
